"This Company is a Scam! They refuse to pay for my alternator, which is included in my package. They stated my policy is effective 9/16/23, and my claim for the alternator was made on 10/4. They do not want to cover this repair because they are claiming that for the policy to be effective you have to have 1,000 more miles than odometer reading on contract in addition to being past 9/16. Because my miles are under by 200 they refuse to cover the repair! I will be speaking to an attorney!"
