"I had my spark plugs changed at the Dodge dealer and afterward noticed my car idling rough. I brought it back to the dealership and they told me it would take two days to diagnose the problem and who knows how long to actually perform the maintenance. He had the problem diagnosed within a matter of hours and discovered that the dealer had installed the wrong spark plugs and had failed to gap some of them correctly.
