"The first adjuster that was supposed to take care of my vehicle didn't do anything to help. Moe was great he's the one that took care of me and made sure that repairs were done In a timely manner. After he took over for the other adjuster everything went smooth."
"My car has been in the shop over a month and still isn't ready. I have spoken to Moe for the last 3 weeks and everytime it's your car will be ready in two weeks. Over a month as passed and my car is still not ready. I requested they pay for a rental since they do not have a loaner and it past the date that they stated my vehicle will be ready. Had I known this I would have chosen a different shop. I had such a great experience when Veronica was there a few years ago. Update as of 1025/3022. I spoke to Randy(manager) and received a better understanding of what's going on. He apologized for the delay and will compensate for it."
