"DO NOT GO THIS PLACE!!!! This is the worse orthodontist I have met!!!! I PAID $4700 for my braces, and I was not given proper treatment. The Doctor didn’t care, when I had a question about my teeth all I got was “It’s good ma’am” “everything it’s looking good” when it was not!!!! I told him I was not happy with the results; my teeth were flaring out way too much, the bottom line was not matching with the upper line, and the two front teeth were not aligned; he didn’t even clean my teeth after taking the braces, I was not given a whitening like other places do. I went back to speak to him, and he just didn’t care. He said, “That’s the best I could do,” when in reality he didn’t do anything!!! He sent me to get a second opinion. I went to a different orthodontist, and she saw what I saw due to this, I had to pay again for another treatment to correct these errors that this doctor made and didn’t correct because he didn’t want to. I have been calling the office, and they don’t answer me. Please do not visit this place; don’t take your children here either. This place is not a good place to get braces!!! Doctor Ho needs to be more liable and responsible for his action! He pretty much stole my money! This is a terrible place!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"

"Customer service is poor. As a black man, I was treated as a nuisance. Was never greeted and always left without a thank you or a see you next time. As though I am being inconvenient to them. While brushing my teeth I could hear the assistants laugh and speak in Vietnamese language. Not sure if they were talking about me but I got the vibe that they were. I just got off the phone to request my X-rays and the lady sounded like she was ready to get off the phone with me. If you aren’t Asian or white, look elsewhere where you’ll be given human dignity. The prejudice is obvious. Especially as a black male."

"I can't wait to get this done here. I was very uncomfortable when the assistants watched me while they talking and laughing with their language and they always do that. I feel like they were judging me because they know I don't understand their language. I don't recommend this place especially if you are non vietnamese speaker!"

"My daughter and my nieces had their braces with Dr. Ho P. Ha few years ago. We were very pleased with the result. Even after the braces were done, Dr. Ho still advised them to come back for checkup once a year, sometimes at no charge. We appreciate his professionalism and his dedication. He is the best orthodontist! We highly recommend Dr. Ho to anyone thinking about getting braces done for their kids."

"I am not happy with this office. The doctor estimated that my daughter's braces would take 30 months, but after 24 months, he said it was done. I complained that I'd have to pay for 30 months. He then said it was not done yet, and he'd take her braces off after another 6 months, forcing me to continue to pay. My husband had lost his job during this time, and once he found a job, I asked them to give me a reimbursement. They said that whatever money they collected from the insurance, they'd have to charge 40% for tax and running their office. I have 2 more kids that need braces, but I am not coming back and I am not recommending this office to anyone at all."
