"Took over a week to even get started with repairs, ended up totaling roughly 5 weeks to complete. Messed up my email 3 different times when initially getting paperwork from me. Refused to speak with me about my vehicle or give any updates at all. Missed over $3000 worth of additional repairs caught by my insurance agent. Reported false information about mileage on paperwork. Left vehicle with scratches that were not present before getting work done. The only reason this is not a one star review is because the vehicle functions and is back in my possession."
