"Adam Gott is AWESOME! He definitely has changed my mind on service within the dealership. He had given me his card with his personal cell number when we discussed issues I had prior. I was only in for a routine oil change and he went the extra mile. Fast forwards a few months later and my 2021 Expedition began backfiring AGAIN. I had taken it to Ron Carter previously and swore I’d never return. I remember having Adam’s card and I texted him after 10 pm on a Tuesday night and he responded right away. He had answers and arrangements instantly. I will not be taking my car anywhere else. He is the best if you need a service advisor."

"Made an appointment for the 22nd of March to have my 2019 Expedition's USB ports checked due to connection issues along with a recall issue that needed to be fixed. At the time I made the appointment I was told it should be two days before I got my Expedition back. I've had many vehicles worked on over the years at various dealerships and mechanics. This dealership has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Usually a shop will call after doing the inspection and diagnostic to let the customer know what issues were found, what will need to be done to remedy the issue, and ultimately how long it will take. Not only did this not happen, but I have literally had to call multiple times to get any update. First call was made Thursday at 3pm to verify the status of my vehicle. At that time I was told the they were still working on the USB ports and had not even looked at the recall issue nor knew what the issue was. I had to look up the recall (apparently they aren't capable of doing so) to ascertain the issue. Called them back to give the the recall information. At that time I was told they would call me the next day to let me know what they discovered and how long it would take. By Friday at 3pm no call had been received, so I call. Young man I spoke to said he would go speak to the mechanic and call me back. I emphasized that this was my only vehicle and needed an accurate timeframe on when my vehicle would be ready. If I needed to rent a vehicle in the meantime, fine. However, I needed to know for how long, so I could make arrangements. Once again no one called me back. Saturday comes. No call. Monday by 4pm comes. No call. Once again I call back, but this time ask for the service manager. I explain the issue to the service manager who apologizes, says he'll talk to his employees, and states it will be taken care of. He speaks to the mechanic, tells me parts have been ordered and will arrive the next morning. Work will be completed on Tuesday, but due to a seal that needs to set overnight my Expedition won't be ready until Wednesday at noon. No problem. At least now I know and can plan accordingly. Wednesday by 4pm no call to come pick it up. My husband calls only to be told it's not ready. These people are completely incompetent and apparently don't know how to make a phone call. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. Won't be using them again to work on our vehicle and certainly won't be purchasing a vehicle from them in the future."

Had to take it in and show them the issue. THEY HAD TOCTAKENITNIN 3 MORE TIMES everytime I took the truck home it broke again within a few hundred miles. The last time I got it from them THEY FORGOT TO HOOK UP MY TURBOS OR TIGHTEN ANY HOSE CLAMPS. find q different dealer"
