"been getting my tires, alignment breaks and oil changes for a little over 6 years now here. I was tired of getting cheap tires from discount and needing new ones every couple of years. I can just drop my vehicle off here in the morning and pick it up later in the afternoon. they always use all the discount codes offline, and I highly recommend the lifetime alignment. the gentleman that worked there for years who did the front customer service left but he trained a wonderful lady who is great as well"

"It doesn't do any good to an appointment with these guys any more I had for noon Saturday and they pushed it till 4:30 and still didn't comply ended up staying there after till closing time and where's the manager who cause all this. He wasn't there before 4:30 when I returned"
"I scheduled an 8 am tire alignment appointment, but Firestone didn't contact me with any updates throughout the day. Surprisingly, they didn't start working on my truck until the afternoon. Extremely poor communication and service."
