"I chose this shop based strictly on the reviews and they were rated higher than other shops in the area. My experience started great but soon turned into the worst service I've experienced at a shop. On top of that, the rates were higher. "You get what you pay for" did not equate in this case. In previous experiences with a body shop, once the estimate and appraisal were done, I didn't have to do anything else. With this experience I had to do the follow-up with the insurance company and the body shop. Otherwise, I'd still be waiting for supplements to be approved and work to be done. After the work was done the shop said we're waiting for the check from the insurance company and we'll call you as soon as we receive it. I followed up with the shop a week later on a Wednesday and they said there is no check. That same week the check clears the bank on Friday. Still no call from the body shop. I only knew this because I asked the insurance company on Tuesday after not receiving a call from the shop. I arrive at the shop on Wednesday at 2pm and they are still oblivious to fact that they received and deposited the check. To top it off, the work was not right, and my car was dirty from the work dust and wax that they didn't clean off. This is definitely my first and last time using this shop. Unfortunately, I'm adding a part 2 to this review and updating the rating (Jan 24th). (First review was Jan 3rd). I'm only adding this because I've given Pro-Color three weeks to make things right. No follow-up from Nelson and no return call from Jack, the owner. As you will see there are clear damages to my car. My car went into the shop nearly flawless, with the exception of the repair. The car came back with these issues. 1. Hood emblem was broken during the repair and replaced without my knowledge, resulting in the wrong emblem on the car. 2. Hood weather strip missing. Per Nelson, he ordered one and would call me when it arrived. I'm still waiting for that call. 3. Shop residue/paint dust all over the car, leaving a rough surface. Visible in the windshield pic. 4. Scratches on both sides of the windshield frame. 5. Rim damage 6. Other scratches, scrapes, and clear coat drippings. I'll just stop there."

"I came because a piece of metal got jammed under my car and they were so helpful and nice. They were able to remove the piece instantly which was really a life saver because it was scrapping on the ground as i drove. I just wanna say thank you for helping me it really meant a lot. They were also fast and efficient which i loved. 10/10 would recommend if you have any problems with your car. Gustavo was a great help!!!"
