"Went for an oil change. Service was fine. Only complaint is the wait time. I arrived to my scheduled appointment at 7am and left around 8.30am. Meaning 90mins for an oil change even with appointment."

"I had an issue with my silverado transmission hardshifting,, made an appointment, then had a service employee call to tell me it was nothing they could fix and to cancel the appointment. A week later, it got substantially worse so I made another appointment. I took it in and there were transmission codes, a bad speed sensor etc which took several hours to repair. The truck runs great again. However, very disappointed that they were trying to discourage me from bringing my truck in, because it seemed they were hoping I would wait til after my warranty expired. Setting up service was fairly easy, but when I went to pick it up, the service writer who I initially talked to ignored me when I tried to talk to him about my truck. So in the end, I got my truck worked on, but was only able to talk to the cashier instead of someone knowledgeable about the repairs. At sterling McCall Toyota, I always had someone to talk to. I'd recommend going there to see how they run their service organization, and make a culture pivot to match that."

"I hate to be that guy, but here goes. When I arrived, vehicles that arrived after me were attended to before mine. After waiting for 25 minutes, a service adviser came and checked on me. There was a bit of miscommunication on when and where to drop off my truck. After that was sorted out, the loaner that I was scheduled to take was not available; however, a substitute vehicle was located. The truck was completed and ready as promised, but it was not cleaned prior to me picking it up and there were some stains from the spray in bedliner left behind on my driver's side seat. The extra set of keys that I was told would be ready were locked away in an office, so I was told that they would be mailed to me at a later date. Once I got the truck home, I was able to get the stains out and wipe the dirt out of the floor mats. All and all, the work was quality and the staff was friendly and they did their best to fix a difficult situation. This has been my only somewhat negative experience ever with this service department, so I will be going back."

"Our salesman, Richard Smith, was wonderful to work with. He was very professional, polite, and helpful throughout the car buying process. He had the car waiting for us to view when we arrived. He was able to get us into our dream car. The whole staff was professional and nice to work with. Highly recommend Mac Haik Chevy for your car buying experience."
