"The place to go if you want to get scammed. The owner/manger will lie to you about the stuff you need to get fixed on your vehicle, specially if they can figure out that you don’t know much about cars. Frank, the mechanic is awesome. Be very careful about the diagnostics they tell you!!!"

"WARNING, I took my car to the shop for simple motor issue. The mechanic gave me back the car after he said he fixed it. The car stopped running and charged me $1500. I went to another mechanic and told me it should of only charged me $250. I called back the mechanic and told him the car wasn't working and wouldn't help at all. I felt stranded and have two kids. I was scammed and the people inside are not even mechanics. The person wearing the glasses was very rude."

"I gave 1 star because Mr Neil and Brother are fantastic but guess what after almost almost 10 months I stll feel the pains their services cost my car, I took my good running car in for a clean up but guess what the mechanic messed up my breaks, not kidding spent over 1k, first it was a sharp noise I went back twice for warranty he kept destroying, from ordinary noise to vibrations, just told myself to avoid the place. If you get a good repair from them probably you're lucky. My experience wasn't a good one."

"I wish there was 0 star rating. This is the worst repair shop in Houston and should be the last place you bring your vehicle to. I'm warning you stay away. I feel taken advantage of and I paid $900 for and a/c repair that wasn't done. They lie about what is wrong with your vehicle do not fix the issue and charge you. And when you call them on it they give you asinine excuses as to why they can't fix your vehicle that you paid for. I heard that the a/c machine is broken they need to order another to the a/c tech quit and they need to hire another one. Also I wouldn't recommend a place where the owners of the shop don't know how to repair vehicles at all. I brought my 2014 Nissan Sentra for an AC to be fixed they charge me $900 gave me back and even hotter car and made up excuses every time I try to bring it back to repair keep in mind this was in July 103 degree heat with a non working A/C that was paid for and is still not repaired in September. You picked the wrong woman to scheme, I'm not done with you all by a long shot!"

"I have taken my cars to this team for nearly 15 years and have always received the best service. Their master mechanic, Frank, is the best. They take time to explain why you need a repair and have never treated me less than professionally. Their work is guaranteed so if something goes wrong, they make it right. All I know, is that I will continue to use them."
