"I was a patient w/ my 3 kids, father, & mother since Dr Vakil first opened. My daughter spoke about how rude & unpleasant the new hire secretary, Nancy, was. Nancy was Upset about being unable to reach my daughter for a few missed calls, w/ no regard for what could possibly be happening, & no consideration for patients. My daughter wanted to confirm her appt after checking her schedule & Nancy said no b/c she had already called & had to confirm it now, even if it was 2days away. Nancy even wanted her to verify my other daughter’s appt. that was MONTHS away, saying she would fill the appts. Arguing w/ my daughter until my daughter asked her to confirm that appt. w/ me closer to the appt. date by at least a week. After my daughter suggested that she still wanted to keep arguing & w/ an angry tone by saying she owed her last cleaning, she would be charged for both. My daughter said to speak w/ my mom (me) b/c it’s paid for. When I first spoke w/ Nancy to ask about the appts. She answered w/ a harsh, unprofessional attitude, saying prices changed b/c the previous worker, Candace, was charging different discount prices like it was her own office, so she was fired. Nancy charged me the price for 1 cleaning, so I find it strange she tried charging my daughter for 2 cleanings. I called to ask if Dr Vakil was going there for the appt to speak w/ him, & she said no, so I wanted to reschedule my kids’ appts, but she said she would charge me $125 for canceling. Also, Dr Vakil comes only once a week, but I don’t understand how they would do a cleaning w/o a doctor’s check-up. It seemed like she didn’t want me to speak w/ the doctor b/c she started getting loud & defensive when I asked about him further. It’s so unfortunate that I have to leave this office b/c of the treatment from new hire Nancy. Dr. Vakil is amazing; my kids love him, & we drive all the way from Katy b/c of how wonderful it was. We can’t go back until the treatment changes; if Nancy is like that over the phone, I can’t imagine in person w/ patient care."

"I had such a great experience at Smile32 Dentistry from the moment I walked in the door. The office is very sleek, clean and modern and the front desk staff is very welcoming. The wait time was minimal and everything looked brand new. The dentist, Dr. Vakil, was very thorough in explaining everything and was very nice and pleasant. The dental hygienist, Michelle was great also and did a great job with my cleaning. As well, I got the ZOOM whitening treatment, which I had never done before but had a great experience with Sally who performed the treatment. As you can see from the pictures there was a clear whitening in my teeth and I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend this office to any of my family and friends!"
