"Took more than 5 minutes for the attendant to come out and acknowledge that I was there. The fluids were not topped off. Leaving me with no wiper fluid. And was not shown the fill levels after the oil change was completed.. This is the location I have been going for over a year. I will definitely not visit again"

"I went to this location yesterday at 10:55 AM for a top off of my oil and when I left, later that day my car died while I was driving. I pulled over and popped my hood to find that they left the hood rod thing on my battery terminal and it melted it so my battery is no good. I had to buy a whole new battery and a whole other battery terminal. I've tried calling the store to talk to the manager but I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone! His voice mail is full so I can't even leave him a message! They costed me 226 bucks. Money i didn't have to spend cause the battery i had was still a good battery! Never coming to this location again!! If I could put 0 stars i would."
"I had a pleasant experience at the take 5 on Bellaire near highway 6 in the Alief area of Houston, Texas. The 3 guys that attended to me were friendly and super fast and informed me of the best oil for my vehicle. I hope they forgive me for forgetting their names they did tell me. I will definitely be back to service my vehicle"
