"Called beforehand for price of oil change(convent/full syn), person said it was $84.99(I didn’t ask for their premium price), but it was actually $101.99 for their full. The employee said the difference between the mobil and regular full synthetic was mobil is good for 15k miles while regular/advanced is 8k, asked for the bottle and it was only 10k miles(seems like a sales tactic). Wait time was a bit long despite there being 4-5 employees but only 2 customers(including myself). Couldn’t remove my air filter cover cause they didn’t have the right tools, despite all their tool carts."

"Excellent service from the manager Emily and her crew. She is welcoming and extremely helpful. I was surprised at the speed of service, and grateful that I did not have to wait long at all. Emily informed me that I can come back in between oil changes for tire pressure checks and oil top offs which is awesome because my engine tends to burn oil faster than intended. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location because of the knowledgeable, friendly, and joyful service. Thank you!"

"I went to get an oil change the others date. I got welcomed by a cold bottle of water. The service was great and the staff were so friendly. Emily and her crew take a good care of my car. I wanted to change the engine air filter, but unfortunately the size that i needed was out of stock. So they told me to just get it at any auto-part store, then bring it back so they could install it for me without any additional cost."
