"I went in to this dentist trusting the reviews. I found this dentist rude! All of the communication was done by the front desk staff. These girls were extremely professional and nice. I only saw the doctor while she checked on my teeth. She wasn’t pleasant at all! I had other concerns and questions when I started to asked questions she stated Jennifer ( I think that’s her name ) would help you. The dentist I think I saw her for 10 minutes if even that! 10 minutes for over an hour visit is absurd!!! While she viewed my mouth she was short, and it seemed though she was there but not there!! I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. I continued with booking my next appointment. I went through getting my credit ran, approved etc. I then book my appointment 3weeks in advance so this dentist can call me the very day before my appointment to cancel on me! They also called at 4:45 pm the day before my appointment to cancel leaving me no choice but to honor the cancellation!! When I asked so what now! The front desk rep stated. I don’t know if you’d like we can forward your X-rays to another dentist just let us know! Mind you here I am with a loose tooth in pain waited 3 weeks for them to cancel on me the evening before. It’s not so much the cancellation but when I asked what now they had no interest or care/advice on how to proceed!! Not only was the dentist short, rude, unpleasant they inconvenienced me on such a short notice!! But I should have known as sitting at their front desk they have an 8x10 frame that reads if you leave us a good review you can get a free coffee on us from Starbucks!! Once you leave the review we’ll call them and tell them we sent you!! Way to get your reviews, wow!!free coffee at Starbucks!!! Unreal!! This place was just horrible!!! And a huge inconvenience with no care at all!!!"
