"Couldn't figure out that an overheat was coming from the radiator.after having my car for months. Replaced the fuel pressure regulator 3 times."
"Beware, I was told I needed a part, they ordered the wrong one from ebay, didn't check the seller of the part and charged me for it. Told me I would be refunded when ebay refunded them, that never happened. Instead of ordering the part, I was emailed an article about "How to tell your customer of an older car that you can't get their part at any cost." Giving me the impression that they could not and would not work on my car. I called this shop over 30 times between my cell and work phones, no one answered that day. I made arrangements, settled my bill and moved my car to another shop. After I moved my car (It was repaired in less than 24 hours and with NO part needed) and complained to the BBB, they claimed that they ordered a $300 part. But they failed to tell me that the day they sent me the article about not being able to get a part. I use to highly recommend this shop, until this highly unprofessional mess happened. I would NOT recommend this shop at all. The owner use to be hands on, now he has this female do everything and she isn't skilled in automotive care or customer care at all. (she almost ran his mechanics off as well) Good luck to them, maybe the owner will wake up and realize what is really happening to his business. Such a shame!"
