"If people are hired to be receptionist staff/management and owners should assess their attitudes and people skills. I had to ask another associate about the receptionist with the heavy build, I’m assuming her name is Lisa, but she was sooo rude to me that I wouldnt consider coming back for another visit. To think I’m a return customer from times when I didn’t have insurance and was self pay & this most recent visit I have insurance. Either way, paying customers shouldn’t have to be spoken to with disrespectful remarks or aggressive behavior. The dentist work is fair but the lady who is you have to book the appointment with and dealing with her is a pest, honestly."

"Scheduled an appointment for my husband to have his wisdom teeth removed (been putting off for years because he was nervous) he came back very pleased with the service and referred to dr Keem as a “stud” when it come to pulling teeth out said it took it 7 min to get 3 wisdom teeth out didn’t even felt it and his recovery has been good. Prices were a lot cheaper than other places without all the unnecessary stuff to get insurance/people’s money. Thank you dr Keem and his staff for making my husbands experience a breeze :)"

"Had tons of pain from a broken tooth. Called them was in within 2 hours later the front desk was amazing the office staff was so comforting I was in tears so scared. They did nothing but show kindness and love to me. The extraction was painless and done within 5 min. Whole office visit took less than 30 min love this place!!"

"Can’t recommend this dental office enough. From the scheduling an appointment and getting deep cleaning done every step was pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and doctor was nice. I went to other “fancy” office for consultations and they were judgemental by looking at my teeth. I have had a lot of dental work done in the past and my teeth are not in good condition which is why i needed dental care. So they didnt make me feel good. But this place made me really comfortable. And pricing was reasonable as well. Would give 10 stars if available. Thanks again"

"Had to have an emergency tooth extraction. Called multiple dentists within the Houston and Richmond area and he was the only one who could get me in within the hour. Unfortunately I didn't have insurance so I had to pay out of pocket but the price was fair. The service was fast and friendly and they even followed up the same day as well as a day or two later just to make sure everything was okay. I DEFINITELY would recommend to anyone who needs any type of dental work. He will be my go to dentist for all my future needs !"
