"If I could give this zero stars I would. This took me a long time to review but the last time I came to get a cut I was suffering from agoraphobia badly and hadn’t got my hair cut in maybe two years- I didn’t know how to describe the cut I wanted so I had a pic for reference of length and when I showed the picture the girl laughed at me and said “it’s not gonna look like that” I knew it wasn’t gonna look that way unless I styled it- but what made me deserve to be treated that way? She then proceeded to give me the shortest hair cut I have ever been given- when I left I was humiliated. People treating me the way she did is the reason why I suffered from severe anxiety in the first place and experiences like this is what I certainly didn’t need happening to me."

"I don't know why Great clips came up instead of Queens nails, looks like they are one in the same, but I would not tell anyone to go to Queens nails, especially for a pedicure, there was two of us getting them done, it took all of 17-18 minutes, they didn't clean under the toenails, didn't do the cuticles, and the guy doing mine spent most of that time away from the actual job, once they were done because we couldn't believe they were done, we continue to sit there until the man came over and said something to us about paying, they charged $50, we will never be back"

"Went in for a soft undercut Pixie with bangs. Showed references and even me with the cut previously. Asked for it much longer to look more similar to the photo I used when I originally had the cut. Got a very aggressive trim was nicked. Was cut so short and choppy. Was parted at my temple which I specifically asked the hairdresser not to do. It’s like a very chopped asymmetrical pixie. The bangs and top are blocky and not feathered or thinned at all. Very uneven as well. It looks like a short unflattering mop on top. Was trimmed so high up and to my scalp. It does not seem fixable at this point unless I go even shorter or buzz it all off which I didn’t want at all. I have been going to this Great Clips for almost four years. I am heart broken and will not be coming back.(first photo is the original references. Two-four is the cut I received. Five is the cut I had wanted when I had it originally but longer. Six is how I went in for my cut. If you can’t tell I am in tears and feel hideous, unfeminine and unattractive)."
