I contacted her to book and she was very nice to book me an appointment. Also, she is the owner of the Cove. My experience has been absolutely fantastic. This may seem like nothing to some but she offered me something to drink (I have never been offered something to drink or anything for that matter at any hair salon) and while the color was setting in she asked if I wanted a foot massage while we waited.
