"If you want to be ghosted then Daniel is your man. He was very eager to show up to do the work. He broke 2 parts trying to fix my purge valve. One of the parts was $280 which I paid for. Then he broke a hose. He said it would take 4 days to get the part in. 2 weeks later no call, no show, no nothing. I’ve called him probably a dozen times no response. I called another mechanic to get this hose fixed and he knows Daniel and warned me I should stay away from him. My warning to everybody, stay away from Daniel if you want the job completed."

"Started out strong and partially fixed my problem. Got the truck running again, but couldn't finish bc an additional part needed to be replaced and he promised to come back and finish. After that, I continued to have a related problem which might be related the the part that he replaced. I tried texting and calling to get him to come back as promised, after a few attempts, he called me and said that he'd replace the new part under warranty and would schedule a later time to do so. After that, he ghosted me and won't reply in any way. Now, it's been long enough that the part that he DID replace is probably out of warranty from the parts house. I thought I'd found my mechanic in Cypress, but now, I've decided that I need to keep looking. I'm really disappointed. If he sees this and contacts me to resolve the issue, I'll be happy to update / revise my review."

"He's Trash, scammer and he stole my part to return it for cash to Autozone (6162) without my card or receipt. They have a scam ring. The manager and workers in on it too. He talks too much to distract you but it's a scam. He also told me I need work done that I didn't need. Don't trust him or use him at all!"

"Daniel is completely unreliable and flaky at best. SCAM ARTIST at worst. After 3 weeks of "waiting for parts" and just deciding not to show up when he said he would (for one reason or the other) he also may have shorted out my electrical system. Now my car is in the shop and they're not sure even after another $1,000 they will be able to fix the problem and without telling the shop what Daniel did, they told me exactly what even Daniel said he did and may have killed my car. Now he won't respond to messages. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. The "discounts" he brags about giving you are not worth the frustration you will have being without a car for an indeterminate amount of time and STILL not be fixed. His work ethic is shoddy at best and if he thinks he's doing you a favor, he will treat you as if your time, money, and life without a car don't matter. Go to a legitimate shop. I'm already out $400, which he says is a discount. But if I had gone to the shop in the first place and paid more, I would have had a working car 3 weeks ago."

"If I could give him 0 stars I would and I’d strongly suggest you call someone else that will you be honest and fair with you upfront. He told me he can fix my car, and was just waiting on the parts to come in.I kept asking how much will he be charging me and he never gave a set price. Finally after about 3 weeks he came back with the part and wires, started working on it, but didn’t finish that day and charged me $250 and said he back in the am to finish. It has been 4 months now, and he hasn’t called me back, won’t answer the phone or pay me back for not fixing or finishing the job. Mind you I also had already paid him $50 the first day just to come out and tell me what I had already told him was wrong with the car over the phone."
