"Amazing staff! Going to the dentist it’s always scary and on my past experiences I’ve always left with pain. Not here! They were amazing, they care about me and my comfort. Dr Morales did a great job explaining everything as well the two dental assistants Abel and the lady with blonde hair(I couldn’t remember her name lol sorry) Not only that, the front desk ladies were super attentive. One of them even came to my chair when I was waiting for my results to talk to me about prices and charges which I found very important! (That way I wouldn’t have any surprises at the end) thank you thank you! Definitely will be visiting again, I recommend this location 100%"
"Excellent location. Dental Hygenist Arisma is super sweet and professional. She will inform you of everything about your teeth and how to improve them. The dentist was awesome and the ladies at the front desk are really helpful. Also, their customer service over the phone is phenomenal. Thank you Lovett Dental."
"My husband and I went there for 6 month cleaning for the first time. We had appointment but waited like 30 mins and then they insist to have a 360 degree X-Ray because our insurance was able to pay. The protection was really bad so I didn't want to do that but the technician insisted so I thought it was necessary, of course it wasn't. Then she also took the small X-Rays and hurt me really bad. After those, the doctor said I have nothing to worry and he left like in 2 minutes. Then the receptionist came and told me I need a Fluoride treatment because I have Gingivitis even though doctor said I have nothing! I refused. My husband got the treatment and paid since our insurance didn't cover that. Anyways, after checking my insurance I saw they tried to charge the Fluoride treatment to insurance for me (I refused to have!!!) and insurance refused too. Such a scam! We have never gone there again. There are so many good dentists and dental offices, you should go else where and save your money and time. I don't recommend this place to anyone ever!"
"Had a cleaning and cavity filled during today’s visit. The entire staff was attentive, efficient, very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are affordable. The manager was helpful. Left with a beautiful smile!"
"They confirmed an appointment for 8am, 10 minutes later still closed Update, the staff arrived late, 40 minutes later I had to leave. I found they did not display any respect for the patient's time, very unprofessional."
