"Horrible customer service!!! Gave one price for my sister car and came back with another price. Charged a diagnostic fee and came back days later and said they found something else wrong and need another $1200, when they originally did the first diagnostic, shouldn't that second problem have been found then? All around bad customer service!!!! Especially the receptionist."

"This is a very bad auto shop. The people who work there don’t now what they are doing will keep changing the price and what they are doing. I like to use small local businesses close to my home. But will never use them again for anything. Not even an oil change. Will just not call you back. Just a very bad place and people. I filed a report with the BBB and was told that they had been numerous complaints about their service and workmanship. And I am in the process of getting an attorney for a small claims lawsuit."
