"Ordered several hundred dollars of gear for my daughter’s travel softball team. It has been nearly 3 months and still have not received all of our order. When I called to follow up (for the second time) I was told an item was on backorder with no expected date to be available. I asked if it was policy to not let the customer know an order was on backorder and wait for them to call. I received no justification but was offered to cancel my remaining order and receive a refund. Very disappointing. If considering this company for a large group order, I would take my business elsewhere where you will be notified of concerns so changes can be made prior to your season beginning."
"I do not recommend this store anymore. Ordered patches for a jacket. It took them over 4 months . And the patches have the wrong year . So disappointed . I called and the woman told me .Well it's a new world .Can't get good service anymore. That was her response."
"I ordered a baseball jersey thru my daughter's cheer gym. It took forever to get-i got it just before before a trip I needed it for...the personalization on it is awful-you can't tell the name I had put on it because the cursive letters are not connected. Paid a lot and am very disappointed"
