"I started this journey to fix my 2013 Mercedes sprinter van a year ago. I had taken it to multiple places that gave me the run around and claimed to be diesel specialists but really were just stabbing in the dark or reading a computer that didn’t give them the right info because they were not using Mercedes software. Found Alex at sprinter city and took the chance and man did it pay off. Had to take my van on a California trip there and back which is almost 4k miles total and my turbo/emissions system had been malfunctioning and throwing all kinds of codes. Him and his guys found the problem and other problems that previous mechanics had made trying to find the problem and he sorted it out just in the nick of time. On top of all of that he was the fairest price out of all the other shops I worked with. They really are specialist with these vans. I personally will not take my van anywhere else from this point on. Don’t waste your time or money going to a dealer or any shop that claims to work on diesel sprinters you will throw away money for nothing chasing down a problem that they don’t have any idea how to fix. They are just reading a scan tool and not doing there due diligence. Made the trip to California there and back no issues whatsoever and she ran perfectly. Highly recommend."
"My sprinter passenger sliding door are not opened even it’s unlocked. I tried multiple repair shops to fix this issue and most of them are unaware about it. Alex has fixed the issue in an hour , with reasonable price. His service was highly appreciated and recommended"
