"Dr Glenn was really friendly and my hygienist ( I think her name is Jennifer) was really nice too. I didn’t like how they did x rays then the dental exam before the cleaning. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they didn’t try to re schedule me for the cleaning after they found out I didn’t have any cavities. The first sentence I said on the phone was I need a cleaning and then I got some fine print quick response that cleanings aren’t guaranteed. Most dentist offices do x-rays, cleaning, then the exam for a reason. Ain’t nobody got time to go to the dentist twice in a week’s span. I convinced them to do the cleaning after asking 5 different times. The awesome hygienist fit me in so I’ll probably go back to her for my cleaning in 6 months. In summary, good dentist, friendly assistants, awesome hygienist, but not guaranteeing a cleaning when you schedule a cleaning isn’t ideal."
