"I've used this locations multiple times over the years, and it's usually a pretty fast in and out process. I've only ever seen it staffed by a single person, so if it's busy it might take a bit of a wait, but the inside waiting area is cool and comfortable. And of all my visits, I've only had one wait that was longer than 15 minutes. Most of the time you can just pull up and they get started right away. Friendly/courteous service, easy and no hassle."
"My name is jose and I'm the inspector at that location and had a customer about 40 minutes ago that claims that I was rude and took a long time. You can't expect me to get you in and out if there's more customers ahead of you it takes about 10 minutes to inspect a vehicle."
