"Carlos was my rep and he did a phenomenal job. Someone crashed into my car and ran off. About $5,000 in damage was caused to my vehicle. They haggled with my insurance, getting them to cover some of the damages. that they deemed "unrelated". It was. definitely a sight to see when I got my car back and it looked better than it did before the crash. Carlos kept me updated throughout the repair process, including his interaction with the claims adjuster. Santa Ana Body Shop is my go to place for any cosmetic repairs I need done on my car. They have a solid team and exception customer service. I would choose them again for sure!"
"We are from Kansas City Missouri snow-birding in the coastal areas of Texas. We pull our Jeep Wrangler behind our motor home. We had a blowout on the right side front of our Jeep while towing that took out the fender and several trim components. Being from out of town and not knowing the reputation of any repair facilities we found Santa Anna Body Shop via google reviews.
