"I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but I just want to warn every parent out there to expect 2+ hour waiting periods. Do NOT plan anything else the entire day. Two weeks ago we rescheduled due to an expected 2 hour wait. Here we are…two weeks later and the wait is even longer this time. Been here since 10:20am with the appointment being at 10:30am. It is now 12:50pm, and my daughter is still not in the exam room. There’s 4 TVs in the waiting room and only 1 is on the……Spanish info commercial channel. I’d think they would AT LEAST have something else on one of the other 3 TVS to help entertain the kids who are waiting for THIS long. Hopefully we’ll make it out of here on time so I can make it to another 2pm appointment since I thought 10:30am - 2:00pm was well over enough time for just a routine cleaning."

"Welcome to this office. Expect long hold times on the phone or long waiting times in the office, and that includes the examination chair. Every question is answered with an excuse. Call backs have never happened me personally. One excuse commonly used is, " they are with a patient and will call you back". This office has a F rating on the BBB. This place is flawed from the top down. The poor service provided is a reflection of leadership. There is one outstanding individual there and her name is Cindy. She's a great dental hygienist who deserves to work at a more respectable establishment. This was a mistake coming here. I wasted over a month of my time and now I have to start over looking for a dentist."

"Trust the low reviews. Don't come here. Time you walk through the door it feels like a harris county clinic. The whole place is over crowded, the floor, walls, and restroom was all dirty. The worst of it is, the equipment was dirty and looks worn out, the assistants and the dentists do not change gloves regularly. I witnessed a dentist scratch her head with the equipment and continued working with the same mirror. They all seemed to be in a RUSH. I was left in the dentist chair for about 30min. before someone reappeared. I was unabled to get my questions answered properly about my tooth. The elderly assistant( didn't get her name) was the only one that was pleasant, everybody else was somewhat rude but I would not be returning to any Brident Dental."

"I got my wisdom teeth extracted this afternoon. The staff was very friendly and assisted with any questions and concerns that I had prior to surgery day. I was very very very satisfied with the care Dr. Griffin and her assistant, Ellie. They did an amazing job at making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Griffin was very thorough and efficient. Extraction took no longer than 45 minutes to 1 hour. I can’t wait to continue my dental journey with Brident!"
