"I came into the shop on Friday for a paint repair after a few days of having this grueling experience at the dealership and some lengthy phone calls with my insurance company. I should have saved myself the headache and come here first! Someone scraped against the back bumper of my car, left a difficult to buff out brown stain and scratched the paint at the bottom while parked in a parking lot. The dealership wanted too high of a ticket to cover the cost. My insurance wasn't as helpful as I was hoping they would be.. After coming to the shop, I was quoted a fair price initially, and left paying the same quoted price when the work was completed. I was asked if I can pick up the car on Monday, but requested to pickup the Sunday prior due to a work schedule conflict. I wasn't aware at the time that the shop is closed on Sundays, but they opened up the shop for me to pick up my car anyways. (Talk about feeling like a VIP) They put a rush on my order and were very thorough. When I picked up my car before noon on Sunday, the inside was even freshly vacuumed! I was also told before leaving, that the work provided has a lifetime warranty. This was by far the most pleasant experience at a repair shop I've ever had. My bumper looks as perfect as the day I bought the car. I highly recommend Mann Automotive & Collision Repair if you have some damages to your vehicle that need attention. The team was extremely thorough, efficient, and courteous. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Mann Automotive & Collision Repair for making my car look pristine again!"
"Jay was amazing!!! My daughter had a bad accident and had major damage to her driver side door. Jay always communicated with me through text or call. Kept us updated on the status of the car and the car was repaired within a week and a half! He even threw in a free detail and shampoo! I would definitely use them for future repairs to my vehicles!
