"The staff here are awesome and so helpful! It is so hard to find a good mechanic but these guys are really great. They welcome you warmly, explain to you everything you are needing, and keep you posted on future things for your vehicle. Honesty is something that I look for and value very much and if you are needing a mechanic, come to this place. I just did my brakes here and the car works so good now and I even got a free carwash! definitely worth it and very affordable in my opinion. Definitely will be back!"

"I had a great experience. I had issues with my car suddenly and the staff was there to walk me through everything. I have a complicated assembly under the hood, so it took a little longer for to take everything apart, but I had a new alternator and battery when it was all done. The staff kept me informed, let me shoot a little basketball and was even asked if I wanted to hang around to have fajitas. Definitely a different but great experience. May have just found my new mechanic."

"I got my oil change in September 2018 from here. I went to get my tires rotated and oil change from Walmart AutoCare Center on 1960 today (March 2019). They rotated my tires but declined to change my oil or oil filter because they saw it was leaking. Due to their policy, they mentioned they cannot change the oil because there is something damaged and that we should take it back to where we went last. So after my 2-3 hour wait at Walmart, I have to go to Negrete's Lube Center where I initially went in September 2018. They looked and saw the leak and mentioned it's just the gasket/o-ring on the filter that has failed. I asked for a 50% off my oil change but the lady said no. She said I will give you $5 of a "premium $14.99 oil filter". I mentioned to her I have been driving my car around with a leak for 5 months because of you guys and you want to give me $5 off? She eventually said I will give you the $14.99 premium filter for free. To me that was not enough but I did not want to waste any time so I paid $72.98 for my oil change and signed a piece of paper that she was giving me $15 filter for free. I mentioned to her I am not satisfied but understand that some other individuals would have made this a bigger deal and left bad reviews. She kept saying not to leave bad reviews and I said, I will not leave one, I just won't come back (this decision later changed). The worker comes in and says "the oil filter cover is cracked" (see picture) that's why it was leaking (remember they had already charged me $72.98 by then). So for 4-5 months I have been driving my car with a cracked oil filter cover because of them not tightening the filter cover properly. They said they will fix it and bought the part from autozone for $30. The worker mentioned to her (the lady in the front) to buy a metal cover and not plastic but she told him to be quiet because it costs $5 more then the plastic one. They bought the metal one because that was the only one available at autozone (I checked the parts availability online as I was waiting). I told them, "Please do not throw away this broken part, I would like to keep it" and they said okay. At the end of the oil change, they made me go under the car and check to see if everything is okay. I mentioned "did you use the $14.99 premium filter". She kept saying they used it, I said can you please provide me with the cardboard box it comes in since you took it out of there. They could not provide me with the cardboard box. She gave me the regular oil filter ($2.50) which I was charged for under my oil change. There's no way they could have used the premium filter because I was there for 2-3 hours watching everything, I event helped them locate the part# on autozone's website. I told her I'm really upset now because you are lying to me and second you made me sign a piece of paper showing you were giving me $15 off, I am not leaving until I get to scratch that signature off. Eventually, she let me scratch it off but she wrote some more comments on the paper. She kept saying "I had to pay $30 to fix your part" and I could not believe she kept saying that like it should make me happy. You broke my part, you need to fix it. As I am about to leave, I ask for the old part and she says she can't find it. I told them I told you to not throw it away, this is not fair. I told her there's no way I'm leaving until I get my old part. She then says you took my invoice (the paper I signed authorizing the $72.98 payment). She goes to the car wash people (my car was being washed at this point) and tells them to not release my car and that she's calling the police because I took her invoice. I emptied all my pockets and the only thing in there was my receipt she gave me, my phone, and the paper from walmart where it shows they declined me my oil change. I even told her you can watch the cameras, I did not take anything. I have not been inside my car since I been here. I'm never coming back. The worker (who works on the cars) was great. The lady was asking him to lie for her & he didn't.NeverGoHere"
