"I am beyond disappointed in this office and especially Dr. Le. After 20 years of being a loyal patient I am saddened to know that I wasn’t being provided the adequate patient care my family and I needed. Every visit was filled with “no cavities just a cleaning” but after so long I became suspicious. I was left with no choice but to get a second opinion somewhere else. Now I ended up having 5 cavities. My little sister who is 8 ended up having 3. One big enough to almost become root canal. Despite us being deligent about visiting this dentist every 6 months. There is a fine line between being a conservative dentist and just not wanting to the work."

Absolutely everyone of his staff members is courteous, help each other out and make sure they get you taken care of in a timely manner. "Unfortunately I had a displeasing visit. First I came for a tooth ache and they insisted in taking full set of x-rays without my permission All needed was the one tooth that was hurting? Meanwhile the assistant finished her responsibility and I was waiting for the Dentist to review x-rays and present his findings? However the Dentist wasn't even in the office ? As I continued to wait after 40 minutes I asked is the Dentist in the building? She said yes he is but busy? Strange being I was the only patient in the whole office? Getting antsy I again asked how long before he examines me? Another 30 minutes passed. I got up from the chair went to the front desk and asked the rude receptionist, she said he's not here and he's on the way ! Wow ! Someone lied Mmmm I decided to leave. She said I can come back when he's here ? I said I made an appointment and was here on time ? I don't think I want to go through this again. Where's the RESPECT FOR THE CONSUMER ?oh my insurance was charged by the way and I will be following up on that as well"

I took my daughter to get a filling and a crown she was a little nervous about getting them done but since we arrived at the office the whole staff made us feel so comfortable they were very friendly and the office was very clean. My daughter was seen by Dr.Mimi and her assistant Gabriela they were so sweet and caring I'm very grateful you all made this an excellent and happy experience. Thanks again for the excellent dental care provided."
