"I would caution anyone getting an oil change from this place. They are running the oil sludge upsell scam. They will tell you that you need an engine oil flush which costs more than the actual oil change. Don't fall for it. They show you a cup filled with old oil as proof. The car needs an oil change. You think the oil is going to look clean and new after 5000 to 8000 miles? You have been warned. These guys are scamming people. Read the reviews. I'm not the only one. Never going back."

"What terrible customer service. Would’ve never come back to this place for an inspection except every Inspection location around here system is down. Gave terrible service when doing an oil change and was a total jerk doing an inspection this time as well. Run from this place if you can! Get your oil changed and inspections at Max’s Muffler on North Houston Rosslyn. Great customer service, and they always have a smile over there."

"I went to this place yesterday for a state inspection. The man told me everything passed but my 2 front windows, due to the tint. He could have saved my time and money by simply saying my car wouldn’t pass the inspection prior to even doing the inspection. He went to my car, got in my car, got out my car, performed the inspection, just to fail me. We are in a recession. The least he could’ve done was be honest with me prior to even doing the inspection. People are so money hungry it’s sad. Then to top it off, I’m a female. Many men get over on females when it comes to the car industry, for the money. Ladies be aware that this is no place to go alone. That could’ve been my last $25."

"They left the splash shield off of my car & instead of replacing it, they offered $40 off my next oil change... (the part costs $150). The young guy was a dismissive teenager "we don't have it" & another guy tried to convince me I didnt need it "I checked it & it runs fine so you don't need it." The manager Day was at least nice but offered to replace the wrong part.... He showed me on his phone that he would buy a new *skid* shield, which I showed him was still there - the *splash* shield was missing. I'll be buying and installing my own replacement, and I won't be back."
