"I’m really on the fence about this place. I just moved here and was due for a routine cleaning. I was able to get an appt quickly, which was a plus. I’ve had two appointments since — 1 for fillings and the other for a night guard fitting. The 1st time they were extremely apologetic with how long it was taking, apparently short staffed they took me about 25 mins late. It was no big deal, as this happens. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. The next time I waited over 30 mins and once I got to the back, another 25 mins before they began treatment. Now I’ve never had issues with Novocain in the past, but I think they gave me too much. I was getting terrible side effects and thought I was going to black out…I’ve never been so numb for so long. I was back for my third time today. At 55 mins past my appointment time, I asked how much longer it might be and they said another 10. They took me 1hr and 15 mins after I was scheduled. I’m understanding that places get behind schedule from time to time, but unfortunately I no longer believe this is a coincidence. I’m not sure if I’ll continue going here, as my time is simply not valued. The one plus— the staff and dentist are all very nice and that’s what has kept me coming so far. They need to figure out scheduling."
