"Well, it all started out on Thursday when my check engine light came on during my drive home from work. My 2006 Ford Taurus SE with about 94k miles on it suddenly started seizing up on me with violent vibrations all throughout. Check engine light came on, and when I got home, my on-board Diagnostic tool read that there was something wrong with the Power-train in my car. -RPM's were through the roof, and the the engine was suddenly very loud. My aunt had been going to Robert for years, referring family and friends of the family to this mechanic and his son for quite some time. I highly depending on my car, -working two jobs, I needed to get my vehicle repaired as soon as possible as to avoid missing too much work, as my budget is tight and I don't have a lot of room for mechanical repairs on my car. So my aunt and I took a drive down to Auto Formula at Campell Road, about 10 minutes away from CINTAS at Sam Houston Pkwy. Not only did I find out that he was a client with my work, but was also very flexible and HIGHLY AFFORDABLE. The problem ended up being in my ignition coil, spark plugs, injector system and various other smaller issues that transferred power from the engine to the wheels. Where all other mechanics would've taken advantage of the issue and cost about $1,100-$1,300 for the job, these guys worked with me and my budget and did the job for a flat fee of $600! And not only that, he fixed my Windshield wiper hose for no additional cost! Driving home on 290, the car is running better than it has ever in it's entire life. A car rated for only 16.2 mpg in the city is now getting 25.7 on Unleaded-Plus and STP on every other refill. Not even the new Taurus's can do that (19/36mpg) This small business has earned my respect, my trust, and most of all, my continued service and compassion for their hard work. I would recommend all my fellow hard-working Cintas Partners to this shop and anyone who needs work done on their vehicles. Having gone here once, I will continue to utilize the skills of this mechanic for my current vehicle and all future vehicles that I will own in the days to come. "Worst please ever! Owner rude and disrespectful and his son is just like the dad lier ... Paid 1,300 plus 90 dollars to get my ac fix that was in excellent conditions till after I got it out the shop. Worst costumer service ever.. Im a girl dad n I went to get my car fixed he said it was going to be a certain amount ended up being more I'm a college student I paid for the service and the car is mine. I was the one who made negotiation with the mechanic not once did he called me to give me updates on my car u was the one calling was put on hold and heard him talking to his son about me and my dad and disrespecting me. I heard everything hung up just wanted to get my car out if there paid and extra fee that he charged me got my car made the mistake not to check it Bc I was so disgusted by him I just wanted to get it and pay him n get out. So a few days later my battery died n I need to open my hood I notice it wasn't opening n there was a loose wired sticking out was late for class n fails a test Bc u count get to school. Called the mechanic to ask what was going in with my good his son answers he was being nice n said he was gonna go to my hose to check it out. I was still in class so I had my mom n best friend at my house for when he got there. He got there blaming my neighbors that where outside n saying they where messing with it n that he wasn't going to fix it or do anything about it, insulted my best friend and was extremely rude to my mom. I took my car back to the shop after not wanting to step foot in that please because all the things I've heard the owner say about me. I ask the mechanic why my hood wasn't opening if it was fine before I took it he said I was trying to take advantage of him and have it fix it for free and that he knew my kind of ppl... So I got upset n left came back with my dad told him again that he had to fix it because it was before And his son had said that he was. He apologized and said that his son had admit that he had broke a wired that opens the hood and he was going to fix it. They did and I confronted him about hearing something's he said about me through the phone and he knew I was hearing Bc he said it pretty loud I was crying my eyes out. I bust my ass to be in school to pay for my own bills and car, don't ask my dad for money to be Ionooooh idisdisrespected n"
