"The young man that changed my oil (I can’t remember his name) was awesome! It was the second location I went to because they were backed up with only one staff member. Same at the location I went to because he was alone also due to other staff members calling in. Three cars at a time is too many. Give this guy a raise and his own shop please!"
"Take 5 on Jones and Cypress N. Houston is the worst. They put 6qts of oil in my Malibu it only takes 4. They said they scaned the vin. And it came up an Oldsmobile . They tryed charging me 20.00 more but when I complained they said it was cause its an Olds. They drained out the oil and put more oil in but when I got home it was still to much. And they never changed the filter. And got oil drips all over my engine. It took weeks before the smell was burnt off. Beeware of take 5 it took me 4 hours before I was happy. Thanks to Take 5 at Jones and West rd. The Manager there was very helpfull and fixed the problem."
