"Went to this dentist for a good while, and had my braces done by Dr. Ho and he did a nice job. More recently though, about a year ago, I went to him for a root canal. He seemed frustrated throughout the process because I kept telling him that I didn't think the anesthesia had kicked in, I think he was rushing. He also got up to attend to another patient in the middle of my procedure. Anyway, he didn't give me any useful aftercare instructions and failed to inform me that I was supposed to come in for a crown afterward, the typical last step of a root canal. No follow-ups, no nothing. I only found out about this because my tooth started turning gray a few months later and now I have to get a re-treatment done, which is very expensive. Please do not see Dr. Ho if you want to avoid a negligent dentist."

I cannot possibly give enough credit to Dr. Ho and his entire team, If only he could have been my dentist from the very beginning of my journey with braces. His staff is extremely organized and always call ahead a day before to confirm your appointment. They’re always available whenever I have any questions regarding my dental health. But most importantly, Dr. Ho takes the time to explain to you what is going on with your procedures and showing you the before and after pictures. Dr. Ho and his staff truly care for their patients and take the time to truly get to know them. I am really thankful to have come across Explore Dental.
