My middle kid whined a bit and the dentist was so understanding. She even gave him a short break to gather himself, (A1 bedside manners). He was grateful and after it was all said and done he was right back to being himself about 30 minutes later. Finding a dentist for kids has to be one of the bigger stressors of parenting but this dentist office eased my stress and had my kids teeth sparkling after they were done. "If you want a dentist that won’t scare you, and work with you on budget, Richmond Dental is for you. For the past five years I’ve been a repeat customer. As soon as you walk in you’ll notice it is EXTREMELY CLEAN. There is hand sanitizer at the front desk, as well in the waiting area. All of the employees wear masks as well. You can tell Richmond Dental prides themselves in having a cleanly practice. I started coming to Richmond Dental when I was sixteen years old. Of course, we all HATE going to the dentist. But Doctor Nguyen isn’t the normal dentist. She thoroughly explains each and every procedure. Which now I really respect. My first time at the dentist obviously I was very nervous. Only because, before I went to Doctor Nguyen: Dentists just threw me under the light and never helped me understand what was going on. Doctor Nguyen makes it her goal of doing what she can to make sure everyone who leaves her office is satisfied. She also is very flexible with her pricing. For me that is a huge thing because I do not have insurance. Also, she has seen me in an hours notice before. If you’re in pain, she’s going to make the right calls to ensure you’re teeth aren’t the problem. A tooth being chipped or an inflamed/ infected gum is horrible! I’ve had about three or four root canals done by Doctor Nguyen, let me tell you, she’s the best! She isn’t pushy, and always is effective. I also tend to see children of all ages coming to Richmond Dental. The energy is very calming. Each one of the staff including Doctor Nguyen are so caring, and genuine people.
