"POOR REPAIR SERVICE ! Will definitely NOT recommend this shop and not going back to this place anymore. Others may have a different experience but we have ours as well. I have my ACURA RDX serviced for a minor damaged collision repair lastime, however, the engine light were still ON in the dashboard and one of the headlamps busted (not working, unsafe for driving) when we got it back. Also, we were told that the vehicle’s emission is having an issue and will need to replace it’s catalytic converter???Mind you guys, vehicle is NOT going to pass state inspections if there is emission problem going on. My vehicle is at around 90+k miles by the time. So we took it to another shop for another check up, second opinion if you will and found out it wasn’t the catalytic converter. Service King Spring Stuebner MISDIAGNOSED the issue. It wasn’t the catalytic problem at all. We are so glad we brought it to Christian Brother’s shop in the Woodlands and they all checked it the RIGHT way. Don’t get me wrong Service King front desk is very professional and courteous, place is neat and very accesible, however, we are truly dissapointed with their repair service. I can only say one thing, this place DID NOT meet up with our expectations. I would bring my business elsewhere. CHRISTIAN BROTHERS is the way to go ! We are very happy with their service ! My 2 cents."

"I cannot recommend this location enough. The other reviews are right, the staff is phenomenal and WILL go above and beyond for you. With being so young, it was daunting having to get my car repaired on my own. Glenda and Omar especially were spectacular and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They finished my car fasted than expected and I got exceptional service from start to finish. I have nothing but great things to say about this team. You won’t be disappointed getting service from here."

"Could not be more pleased. Omar was excellent! He made the entire process feel like a breeze. I appreciated the proactive communication from him and the woman at reception (so sorry I don’t recall her name). She made the pick up process so easy and accommodating. Claim processes can be stressful, but the service king team here made it so easy for me! They coordinated my rental with Enterprise from pick up to drop off, I felt valued and truly cared for the entire time. If I ever have needs in the future, I will bring my business here."
