"Take 5 put in a damaged oil filter on my car and didn't put it in correctly. By day 2 all the oil was on the concrete in my neighborhood and they are trying not to take responsibility. Please don't take a risk with this company, my engine could have blown up on the way home and would have if I didn't find this problem in time. Also the store manger has 0 professionalism and is lacking responsibility for not catching this while it was happening, as he was there during my oil change."
