"Guess I got the naive woman treatment. I came in 2/20 for wheel alignment and oil change. They then tell me I needed rotors and engine mount replacements. After spending over $1,000 I return 3/4 due to my check engine light on. Now they are saying I have a faulty 02 sensor resulting in $285 and exhaust leak. The first service provided vehicle inspection yet they saw none of the other problems. Then tell me those 2 items werent included in the inspection. Yet when I come back they just happen to inspect again and see more problems. I'm so sick of humans getting over and not providing quality service to everyone. They say ma'am and act so polite and concerned but just another scamming company finding more wrong after the fact. No you won't ever work on my car again and God will bless me to find a company that values me as a customer and not another dollar."

"Jay did a wonderful job on my alignment.. he also explained everything that was done . Before I received my alignment they wanted to change me a crazy price... the next day it was different price... I took it to my mechanic who fixed it much cheaper.... less than 1/2 of the cost for parts and labor... SMH."
