"My car was in the shop due to my check engine light coming on. Once the parts were in, I took it back in for service. After driving it a few days, the check engine light came on again. I took it back to the dealership and they did a system update, drove it several miles and I left. Well the light has came on again and I notified the manager. She is working on getting me a loaner car so they can try to figure out what it causing my issue. I appreciate the responsiveness and the all hands on deck attitude."

"Extremely poor service from Gillman Jeep. While booking I was informed I will get a lift to my home and it was written in the notes section of my booking. But when I dropped off the car they said they have stopped Lyft and cannot do anything. I had specifically asked for this when I called to book the appointment. Again after the work was completed and I was told to come and pick up at anytime and said I will be there shortly. When I went there the agent wasn’t there and another lady said I should get the keys from cashier. The cashier wasn’t at seat and I waited, she came after 5 minutes and did not even acknowledge and just stuck a paper that cashier is out for lunch and will be back in an hour. I understand people need lunch but they should inform customers that they should not come to pick up card during this time or they should have a backup. This had been the worst experience by any car dealership for me."

They all try to be very considerate of your time and don't try to rush you. And they're willing to take the time listen to you and answer any questions you might have."

"Good communication through the process, work completed in a timely manner with good explanations, comfortable waiting lounge. Work ran over the estimated cost but was then corrected to match the estimate. Shop provides a ride up to 10 miles if you can’t wait on-site for your vehicle. Our vehicle took longer than expected on this visit, and we live 20+ miles from the shop, so we had to get a ride halfway home."
