From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile, he introduced himself as Anthony Coca (Service Advisor) and immediately asked me about MY needs and how he could assist me with my vehicle. Right off the bat it was already all about ME and my vehicles needs and I couldn’t begin to tell you how good that made me feel as a customer. The way he worked together with his fellow service advisors and the way the whole team conducted themselves was amazing. When he had gone to check on the status of my vehicle, another advisor approached me and asked if I was in need of any assistance.
