Informed shop owner several times to maintain and also inspect car thoroughly before sending car to northern state for child but they can not perform simple, routine, and basic visual diagnosis to find leaky boot on drive shaft. They did not apologize and do not feel they need a new customer like me when I explained to owner calmly. Feel sorry for their loyal customers."

"Think twice before you go, especially if you think you can get a good price and on-time service. If you made an oral agreement with the owner, better have it written down in pen and paper because he WILL forget what you guys agreed on and rip you off in the process. Two parts of my car door needed fixing, and he confidently said that they will be able to fix it in 3 days with an affordable price. I agreed because I will be able to get my car right before I went out of town. The owner was well aware of my situation and reassured me that they will be able to fix it on time. A day later after I dropped off my car I called to confirm the pick-up time, but they seemed to have forgotten all about our agreement and argued that it is too much work and needed more days. Also, let's not mention the price that he offered at the end for fixing only ONE part of the door is just a complete RIP OFF. Maybe he thought he was ripping me off also, because he hastily and awkwardly scratched off the initial price and offered me a discount when I was in total shock of the price offering. VERY IGNORANT ATTITUDE BTW. Shouted over the phone and acted as if he did nothing wrong. For my fellow Mandarin native speakers, 一句話，不要來。 來了有心理準備會拖很久還會被坑。"

We've had no complaints about the quality of the work either, they were very thorough. 2 years later Joseph's is still the place we go. Always the best service, best price, and reliable outcome. They can get busy, so if you need your work done on the sooner side, plan to hang out at the shop."
