"I seldom leave reviews either good or bad but Mike is likely the best Toyota mechanic I’ve run into and I had to leave a word :) . I am an automotive engineer by training so have a bit of experience with cars and when I noticed a bad ball joint / axle on a relatively new car was prepared for the worst with a cascading set of issues. He diagnosed it, fixed it, great communication - explained why certain after market parts were a bad idea and got it back in the road as promised. Just an all round pleasant experience and individual to deal with. You can’t go wrong with this shop…."
