"If I can rate this no stars I would, the mechanic named RICKY OR RICARDO that works there sold me a truck gave me his word that he will bring title next day, he said the truck only has a bad transmission and needs to be replaced I paid him i paid for towing. It's been a week still no title and come to find out the truck has coolant in the engine block and transmission bad so I'm left with a truck with no title and a bad engine and transmission. Spend my hard earned money on these guys and they don't even bother to assist. And to your reply as far as I can tell the transaction was done at your business property and in your company uniform he also told me and my wife you guys indeed do sell the cars you have on the side at that shop and trying to get rid of them"

"Brian is honest, fair and always treats me with respect. I had an issue with my Toyota Prius. It needed a brake booster/actuator and I went to several places including the dealer. Everyone quoted me an excessive amount of money to replace this part. I then went to a place close to Brian’s and I won’t say who (Adams Automotive) who stated that the parts that I needed was a two part device each costing 800 dollars with the parts itself costing over 1600. I did my research and found that the part is actually just one piece for a newer model which my car needed. In fact, there is a class action lawsuit against Toyota due to a known problem with this device. I’m so thankful that I went to Brian after that. Not only did he not rush me on getting this fix, he also quoted each item and made it clear what my cost will be. I really appreciated the help from him and his crew. You have a gained a life long customer."

"I decided to support my local small business by taking my vehicle to small repair shop by my job. A new battery and radiator plus coils needed to be replace . When i got the call vehicle was ready for pick up they mention the ac stop working. Please keep in mind my vehicle had no issues with the ac, but the manager shop said that nothing they did would make the ac stop working. He offer to fix since it happens on his watch even the tech said ac was working when did they did test run. Well at the end they said the vehicle was taken to another shop to see if what they did had something to do with the repairs they did. A course they lie since i have a tracker on my vehicle my vehicle was never move wasn't even checked by another tech . This management really don't know how treat customers . Customer service the worse i ever been. I had no issues paying the repairs i ask, but they had an issue not fixing their mistakes. My vehicle had no issue with my AC we all know this TEXAS so ac it's a must. It's very irritated to see how this shop treats there few customers they have. So please don't waste your time and money at this shop. The management Unprofessional when it comes owning their mistake is The Worse.
