"Good honest mechanic!!! I love them"
"I am giving a 1 star because I can't give no star. Over charge on a diagnostic. Told me engine was blown when it was just a cracked head and gasket blown. After looking for new engine, I brought to a more reputable shop, The Shop on highway 35 in Alvin, they fixed in one week. It took Jack 's almost 2 weeks just to falsely diagonos they problem. Will never recommend to anyone."
"PROS: Very knowledgeable mechanic. And despite my car sitting at his shop for three days without being looked at, he didn't charge me anything when I had to pick up my car for work. CONS: Severely understaffed, so it'll be a while before your vehicle will even be looked at. Communication with Jack wasn't good because he said he'd call me one day but never did; had to pick up my car after 3 days with no word on diagnosing my check engine light."
"Would not recommend. Was charged 3 times what i should have paid. Car still was not fixed. Women get second opinion before allowing to work on your vehicle."
"Was referred by another shop to try Jack's for my issue. John was professional and although hadn't done what I was asking, assured me he could get it done. I didnt expect same day. I didn't expect such a low price. They are honest and pleasant to deal with. They have a loyal customer."
