"I'd like to give a personal shout out to Trey at the Champions location. I took my car in for an oil change today and he treated me with the upmost professionalism. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and went the extra mile in looking at my tires and noticing that my 2 front tires needed to be replaced in a major way. He didn't have to do that. I would definitely recommend that if you go to this location, you ask for Trey."
"Don't believe what they tell you. My wife took our Jeep to have it inspected and it did not pass because it had not been driven lately. Technician, Jacob, told my wife she should drive it for several miles and bring it back within 15 days and he would inspect it again at no charge. She did, but the second time it didn't pass because of an error code pertaining to thermostat or temperature control sensor. Jacob told my wife to bring it back when it was repaired and he would not charge her to inspect it again. We did not know Kwik Kar would charge for a third inspection. Jacob knew but wanted us to return so they could charge for another inspection. Beware of this trick. We could have paid the repair shop that did the repairs and saved me from driving 45 miles from work back to Kwik Kar. We will never use this company again. Shame on Jacob."

"I went in with a coupon from Groupon for an oil change. Sometimes, when you have that discount, you get discounted service. Not here! The employees were very helpful, and kind! It might be part of the regular oil change, but they checked my fluids, and typed off my windshield wiper fluid. They noticed my oil leak, and offered a couple of different recommendations, that would fit my budget. I will definitely be back! Thank you!"
