"I drove my husband to this place for complaints of toothache the night before. I woke up and called our insurance company to verify benefits and co-pays if necessry but the computers were down and I was to receive a call back when they came available. In the mean time I found this HORRIBLE place under our list of providers and called them for an appointment which the lady said that she could get us in the same day but my insurance only pays 80% but will not go into effect until June. So I would have to pay for the exam but not x-ray. I thought why would I have to pay for one and not the other? Against my better judgement I went along with it, it was only $55 and it was my husband. So we get there and do the paperwork and another guy walls in and she tells him his visit is $50. So when I finished the paperwork she asked for my payment and I said how much will it be. She said it's $55 but I will only charge you $50. That should've been clue #2 not that the $5 is a big deal it was nothing but the dishonesty and scamming vibe I got from this lady was overwhelming to me. So my husband gets called back and while I'm waiting I get a call back from my insurance company and they tell me that my insurance is good and I don't need to pay any money out of pocket. So I walked up to the window and asked the lady why did I have to pay $55 because my insurance says my exams and x-rays are free. She says oh well I had to file another form for emergency dental appointment do the exam wasn't gonna be free cause I couldn't file that undr your insurance. I was in total shock! I told her what's the point of me giving you my insurance info if u not gonna use it? You could have just told me that instead of filing a claim to get more money from me. She says because I told her that my husband was in pain, that she had to file that form. I argued the fact that I was giving her background info on my husband like anyone else would do and I then asked if I never would've said he was in pain would I have still been charged an emergency fee. She says no, she would've have filed it as a comprehensive visit (which included a full exam and x-ray of entire mouth for free). At the same time my husband texts me from the back to tell me that they want to xray 3 teeth in all but the first tooth is included in the $55 fee and the other two are $10 per x-ray. So im freaking livid by now because why would I pay to have each tooth x-rayed for$10 when I get the whole mouth done for free is what I asked her. She says again because it's an emergency. I said lady, you got a walk-ins welcome sign on your door?!?! The dentist's apparently hears me upfront and comes up and asks her what's wrong. She simply says she wants him to have a comprehensive exam and I said no that not it. I have insurance and I want to know why your receptionist is charging me fraudently out of pocket for services that are free to me thru my insurance? The dentist's looks at her says does she have insurance and I said I sure do although the dentist refunded us back the money, the money was never the issue. It was her receptionist handli of the whole thing. Why she wouldn't file this on my insurance I have no idea but healthcare intity that received payment thru various insurance companies, I wouldn't be surprised if they billed my insurance too at the same time and guess what? THEY DID!!! I have reported then to the BBB and also state of dentistry for financial complaints! If the dentist was t aware of what her receptionist was doing, she should've been it's her business."

"Horrible customer service! After two months of trying to schedule an appt, no call backs and being placed on hold for over 15 min. I found a different dentistry, got an appt same day! Staff sucks!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! Don't know how they stay in business!!"
