"Dr Regis is amazing! She is really careful, explains everything that will be done and is always worried with the well being of the patient. It is very far away from where I live but it’s so good that worth the drive! The office is very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly and do a great job. I highly recommend!"

"My family and myself have been patients of Dr Regis for several years. On October 2023 I made an appointment with them with a new dental insurance. Before going to the appointment, I asked them and supposedly they checked if my new insurance EMI DENTAL was covering a regular cleaning and they confirmed it was covered. During the cleaning, they found that I needed a repair in a filling, and thats when this nightmare started. I have been waiting for almost two months on how much I will need to pay for this procedure. The first visit was on 10/04 and two weeks later I asked them if they have received a response from the insurance and they said NO, I called the insurance and asked them and at the end it was that on Dr Regis’ records I had one last name and not two last names as I had on my insurance, they could’ve checked this when I brought and sent pictures of my new de tal insurance on day 1, but they didn’t. Today 11/21 I talked to the insurance because base on Piotr and Megan, they hadn’t received response from my insurance, and the answer of them was that a filling is a normal procedure that doesn’t need pre-determination and that in worst case scenario they could’ve called and asked for details. Unfortunately I am not going back to this place because it was a waste of time, energy and at the end I still have the issue with my filling. Think twice before going to this place, and if you go, make sure to stay on top of them to make sure things get done on time… shame on you guys…"

"Very friendly staff and accommodating to customers needs. Clean interior and effective service. Dr. Lara is honest and doesn't try to sell unnecessary services. The entrance is on the side of the building, see picture below. Take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor."

"Dr. Regis and her team are very caring, honest, and professional. I’ve been a client for several years now. I visited recently for a cleaning and had a terrible migraine that morning before my appointment. To my surprise they had a heated lavender pillow for my neck and did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. I make the drive from Kingwood every visit to Dr. Regis because I trust the quality care they provide here. Highly recommend!"

"I have been going to this office for 4 years and overall my experience has been very good. However, they recently decided they will no longer be dealing with insurance and will require patients to pay up front and file their own dental claims. This is terrible customer service and I will no longer be going here. It is there literal job to charge insurance for their services provided, we have enough to do in our own daily lives and own jobs."
