Take 5 Oil Change

"The only worker that was working that day. He was very nice and was so busy and still remained in control of a very busy environment. I’m not sure how he did it all but he is a hard worker. I hope someone came in to help him out later that day, there was so many cars in line and he was doing everything himself."

"Far from living up to its motto, I had to wait for about 2 hours with only one car ahead of me. This place used to be good, but not anymore. It's the only location in this country where I've had to wait for more than an hour for a miserable oil change"

"The 10-minute oil change was more like an hour, not including about 20 minutes waiting in line. So time wise, not any better than anywhere else. The oil change seemed fine. It is nice that you can just stay in your car. Both convenient, and you can see what they're doing. I didn't like that the technicians weren't familiar with what oil should go with what make and model. And they weren't very good at describing the different offerings. If I go again, I'll have to do a little research and figure out ahead of time which oil I should actually be buying."

"Take 5 is an EXCELLENT business and I have always had great experiences. I have been doing oil changes and various other services at Take 5 for years. However, this location needs to step up its service and speed. Although, there was a line of about 3 cars deep when I arrived, I waited for over an hour for service. Additionally, it seems their service members need some additional training. I usually change my own cabin air filter, but with it being the holidays, I was happy to pay more than usual to a great business. It took 20 minutes to have my cabin air filter changed, a service that should typically only take about 5 minutes. I also has to constantly remind them about items i.e. washer fluid, tire check, show me the engine air filter, and show me the new safe level of oil. I will continue to support Take 5 but unfortunately, I will have avoid this location in the future."

"I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at this particular location of Take 5. Neil was the Take 5 employee who made the entire experience of getting my oil changed as fun and enjoyable as possible. Neil was very personable and professional, and that is the reason I will be going back to that location even though it is not the closest to my house. I was out running errands and decided to pop into that location, and now that will be where I go for every oil change or other service offered by Take 5. Neil was very welcoming and knowledgeable and did not push any sales, as I usually change my air filter/wiper blades, etc. He respected that but let me know the current condition of the parts that probably needed my attention soon. I hope you all pass this review along so he knows he gave a great customer experience. As a small business owner, I believe in letting companies know when they have an AWESOME employee, and I have an outstanding experience due to that individual."
