"Mark & his crew are the absolute BEST in the business. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to him for years and have always received great service. Specifically for my old truck, Mark made sure it was always in the best shape. He would do tune ups and check/replace all of the parts that could be an issue for me before I would make my drives back to college, ensuring that it would get me to school safe (it always did). His customer service is also top notch. He would always answer my phone calls and texts about little issues I would have and walk me through how to fix something if I was away from home. When I got older, they assisted in selling my truck for me and even though I have a brand new truck, I do miss going to Northampton Car Care and talking with Mark and his crew. The guys have truly become family to us over the years and I can not recommend Northampton Car Care enough!!!"
